Order Processing
We know you are excited to receive your Cheriboo keepsake, so we work hard to process orders as fast as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates (USA)
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. To ensure the fastest and most reliable service, we partner with Amazon Logistics (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) to pick, pack, and deliver your order.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
How We Ship (Our Logistics Partner)
To offer you Prime-like speed and reliability, Cheriboo inventory is stored in secure warehouses across the country powered by Amazon Fulfillment.

Packaging: Occasionally, your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. This allows us to keep shipping costs low (or free!) for you and ensures your memory book arrives safely and quickly.

Tracking: You may see tracking numbers from carriers like UPS, USPS, or Amazon Logistics.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and military addresses! Please allow a few extra days for delivery to these locations as they are handled via USPS.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@cheriboo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages & Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement right away.

Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your front desk. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us. We are not responsible for theft after delivery, but we will do everything we can to help verify the delivery with the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. We are working on bringing Cheriboo to international families soon!
